Record care support delivered in Poole
More people in Poole received home care support last year as demand continued to rise.
Agincare says its Poole team delivered an average of 104,000 domiciliary care hours across 2025, with support ranging from personal care and medication help to wellbeing checks and reablement, all designed to help people stay safe, independent and well at home.
The service works with NHS partners and local authorities, including on end of life care and reablement, and Head of Operations Kelly Nash called the total a “significant achievement”, saying each hour reflects someone needing support to live well at home.
Registered Manager Sarah Richards and Deputy Manager Idilko Frikker both started as care workers before moving into leadership roles, while Sarah later received Agincare’s Manager of the Year award in 2024 after progressing through the organisation’s training and development pathways.
Sarah said reaching the milestone was about “consistency, compassion and reliability”, while the team was also recognised as a finalist in the Care Team of the Year category at the Agincare Heroes Awards 2025.
