We Out Here reveals 2026 acts

More artists have been confirmed for We Out Here Festival’s 2026 return to Dorset.

The four day event, curated by Gilles Peterson, takes place from 20th to 23rd August at Wimborne St Giles and organisers say the second wave of acts reflects the range of scenes and communities at the heart of the festival.

New additions include Gary Bartz, who headlined the first year, south London singer songwriter Joy Crookes, composer and saxophonist Shabaka, Digable Planets and UK hip hop artist Kofi Stone, with Dave Okumu presenting DVTN A Prayer For D’Angelo.

Organisers have also confirmed a series of DJ sets from names such as Calibre, Coco Maria, Colleen Cosmo Murphy, Jamz Supernova, Kenny Dope, Mr Scruff, Nightmares On Wax, Shy One and Wookie, alongside Iration Steppas and others.

Live performances will also come from James K, John Glacier and Blawan, joining previously announced artists including Arthur Verocai with the Nu Civilisation Orchestra, Mulatu Astatke, Stereolab, Scientist and Sampa The Great.

More one off performances and details of a new radio stage concept are expected in the coming months, as the festival enters its 7th year in the East Dorset countryside.
