Haircut One Hundred will return to Lighthouse Poole for a concert in May.
The date forms part of a newly announced UK tour and marks the band’s first appearance at the venue in forty four years, bringing the group back to Poole decades after their original run of live performances across the country.
The tour coincides with the release of a new album, Boxing The Compass, which follows the band’s early eighties success and represents only their second studio release with the classic line up since their original recording career paused.
New material has already been introduced to audiences, alongside familiar songs including Favourite Shirts, Love Plus One and Fantastic Day, reflecting a set that blends recent writing with tracks that remain widely recognised.
Frontman Nick Heyward has said the project grew from informal discussions into new recording sessions and live shows, with the group reuniting in the studio before taking the decision to tour and return to venues they last visited many years ago.
