Stamp Duty help from Pennyfarthing Homes

Help with moving costs is being offered to home buyers across Dorset early this year.

Pennyfarthing Homes has extended a seasonal incentive providing stamp duty support on selected new homes, giving buyers the chance to move sooner while confidence gradually returns to the housing market.

The offer applies to reservations made at Potters Wood in Verwood, Oakwood Grove in Alderholt and Whitsbury Green near Fordingbridge, with a range of apartments, houses and bungalows currently available across the three developments.

The housebuilder says the scheme is intended to support people at different life stages, including those looking to upsize, downsize or take their first step onto the property ladder, while easing some of the financial pressure linked to moving.

Potters Wood in Verwood is the company’s largest local development, forming a growing community close to woodland and country parks, while Oakwood Grove offers village edge living in Alderholt and Whitsbury Green sits close to the New Forest near Fordingbridge.

The incentive will run until the end of February, after which reservations will return to standard terms.

The offer of the £25,000 stamp duty saving will run until 28th February 2026. For further details and the full Terms and Conditions, please visit: www.pennyfarthinghomes.co.uk.
