Poole arts boss joins Bayes course board

Lighthouse Poole chief executive Elspeth McBain has joined the advisory board of a new leadership course at Bayes Business School in London.

The Executive Master’s in Leadership for the Creative Industries is a part time two year degree aimed at senior professionals working in film, television, games, music and publishing.

Elspeth said she was pleased to help shape future cultural leaders, adding, “I am delighted to support Bayes Business School as they deliver this important course”.

She said leadership education is vital in the digital era and welcomed mixed study groups across different parts of the creative industries.

She believes “leadership education is now essential across the full range of performing arts” as organisations adapt to new ways of producing and presenting work.
