Sunseeker CEO has left the company

Sunseeker’s CEO Andrea Frabetti has left the company with immediate effect.

The director confirmed he was leaving in an interview a couple of weeks ago, but said he would remain at the company for the time being.

The move follows recent capital investment for its ongoing operatons.

Scott Millar of Teneo Financial Advisory will take on the role of interim chief executive from the week commencing 8 December 2025 while a formal search for a permanent leader gets underway.

The lenders who provided the recent funding say they remain confident in the business as it continues to focus on order fulfilment and new product development.

Andrea joined Sunseeker in 2018 as chief technical officer and became chief executive the following year. He said it had been an honour to lead the company during a pivotal period and that the timing was right for him to step aside.

Scott Millar said he appreciated Andrea’s support during the transition and recognised the strength of the team and supply chain as Sunseeker continues to build and deliver yachts for customers.
