Officers searching for a missing woman in Bournemouth have confirmed that a body has been found.
Amiee, aged 45, was last seen on Jewell Road at around 9.15pm last night, Tuesday 5 August.
Dorset Police said a body was located this morning, Wednesday 6 August. While formal identification is still to take place, it is believed to be Amiee and her next of kin has been informed.
The death is not being treated as suspicious and HM Coroner has been notified.
Police extended their sympathies, saying their thoughts are with Amiee’s family and loved ones at this difficult time.
