A Bournemouth-based marketing agency has been recognised nationally for its rapid growth after successfully merging with two other companies last year.
The Inspiration Agency won Best Merger or Acquisition at the 2025 Best Business Awards following the integration of PR firm Darren Northeast PR and B2B marketing company Octima.
The agency tripled in size after the acquisitions, expanding from four to 14 employees and significantly broadening its client base and services.
Founded in 2011 by Louise Seager, the agency previously specialised in branding, design, web and social media. It now also offers a full PR service including media relations, press releases, crisis communications and award submissions.
The award judges praised the agency for its smooth and effective approach, saying the business had grown in size and turnover in under a year while successfully taking on clients and staff from both acquired firms.
The Best Business Awards, now in their tenth year, recognise achievements from companies around the world and across multiple sectors.
The agency said the move was a natural evolution, with all three businesses sharing a similar approach to culture and client service.
Further expansion plans are already being developed.
