The Health and Social Care Providers Network will hold its 13th Meet and Greet Session in Bournemouth this weekend.
The event brings together professionals from across the care sector at the Highcliff Marriott Hotel.
Set against the backdrop of the town’s seafront, the one-day event aims to foster collaboration, share knowledge, and offer practical insights for those working in health and social care.
Scheduled topics include staff training and retention, launching children’s services, and updates on immigration policy affecting the sector.
The speaker line-up includes senior figures from across the UK, such as Dr Farai Chireka, who specialises in leadership in healthcare, and Godfrey Mushandu, an expert in CQC compliance and quality assurance. Other sessions will cover topics including insurance in care businesses, legal risks, financial strategy, and how to improve team culture and customer experience.
The event is designed for both experienced providers and newcomers, offering time to build new relationships and exchange experiences. Attendees will also hear real-world examples and advice on starting or growing a business in the sector.
Organisers say the event supports those committed to improving care standards and building stronger communities across the UK.
