Morebus promotes bus travel in support of Clean Air Day

Morebus is encouraging people across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole to leave their cars at home on Thursday 19 June to support Clean Air Day.

The local bus company is offering discounted Dayrider tickets as part of its efforts to improve air quality across the region.

Nikki Honer from Morebus said the company is focused on providing greener transport and making it easier for people to choose more sustainable ways to travel.

Recent investment in new buses means passengers benefit from better seating, audio and visual stop announcements, and contactless tap-on tap-off payment technology.

The campaign is part of a wider push to reduce congestion and emissions in the area by offering an alternative to car travel.
