Meyers Estate Agents in Southbourne and Christchurch has won two respected awards recognising its strong customer service and consistent performance.
The agency has been named the Gold Winner for Bournemouth in the British Property Awards and also received the best customer service title for the area at the ESTAS.
The ESTAS are decided by customer feedback and highlight top performers across estate agency, conveyancing, and mortgage services.
Meyers also previously won British Property Awards in 2021, 2022, 2023 and last year, and was named Regional Gold Winner for the South West in 2023.
David Giles, who runs the Southbourne and Christchurch branch, said: “These awards represent the hard work of our team and the trust our clients place in us to support their move.”
The branch, which opened in 2019, has grown from a small family-run business to a team of 17.
According to the agency, its Southbourne and Christchurch branch has sold nearly 15 percent more properties than its closest competitor in the 21 postcode areas it covers.
David Giles added that the agency’s focus on professional photography, targeted marketing, and low-stress service helps their properties stand out in the local market.
A new Christchurch office is set to open soon at St Catherine’s Parade, Fairmile Road in West Christchurch, where staff will be on hand to help with sales advice and property market enquiries.
