B3078 in Wimborne is partially blocked both ways due to a collision between Cranborne and Horton at Lumber Lane.
Reports from listeners say some telegraph poles have been brought down in the incident.
Dorset Police tells Bournemouth One: “We were called at around 7.30am to a report of a collision involving two cars and a telegraph pole in Lumber Lane in Knowlton
“The electricity company has been informed and no serious injuries are reported.”
