A man has been arrested as officers continue to investigate a serious injury collision in Poole.
A blue Skoda Octavia and a bus were involved in a collision on Wallisdown Road, near to the Mountbatten Roundabout, on Christmas Eve.
Emergency services attended and road closures were put in place as they responded to the incident.
The male driver of the Skoda and his female passenger, both aged in their 30s, were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Two passengers from the bus were also treated at the scene for minor injuries.
A man in his 30s has now been arrested on suspicion of driving offences. He has been released under investigation.
Officers are continuing to appeal for any witnesses who have not already spoken to police, or any motorists with relevant dashcam footage, to come forward.
