A new company has taken to the water in Poole.
Coastal Cruises Poole Limited has acquired the City Cruises Poole operation.
Employing 24 staff and with three vessels, it will continue to provide harbour cruises and sightseeing trips to Swanage and the Jurassic Coast as well as working with Swanage Railway and the Seatrain Adventure.
Coastal Cruises will also be offering its boats for private charters for corporate events, family get-togethers, birthdays, weddings and more.
Carol Scott, Owner and Director of Coastal Cruises Poole Limited, previously operated a fleet of boats in Torbay before working for Blue Line Cruises Limited as Marketing Manager, and then City Cruises UK group as a Regional Director.
She said: “Poole Quay is the perfect destination for any holidaymaker that enjoys the sea life and has an interest in this beautiful and iconic part of the country.
“Our team are immensely proud to call Poole home, and Coastal Cruises Poole will play a large part in the community, offering superb and educational sightseeing trips and charters around our stunning part of Dorset.”
