The Ivy Collection to open new Bournemouth restaurant in November, creating 120 jobs

Bournemouth’s new town centre restaurant – The Ivy Bournemouth Brasserie – is to open in November, creating 120 jobs.

It’s The Ivy Collection’s 42nd restaurant and will welcome 208 guests with a new outside terrace for 50 people.

Located in Bournemouth Square, it will be open all day with a menu ranging from classics such as Shepherd’s Pie to new dishes like Artichoke and Sweet Potato Tagine.

General Manager Barnaby Harris-Reid is at the helm of the new venture, bringing expertise from The Ivy Chichester.

The Head Chef is Romuald Richomme.
