Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service is dealing with a building fire off Constitution Hill Road in Poole.
The emergency service is advising local residents to keep their doors and windows closed due to the large amount of smoke.
Multiple crews from around the area are in attendance.
Reports from the scene suggest it’s an old college building no longer in use.
