One lane blocked on the A31 from Ringwood to Picket Post eastbound

Delays of around 40 minutes are building on the A31 from Ringwood towards Southampton due to one lane being closed.

Reports of a breakdown are causing the problems for motorists in addition to the widening works in the area.
