Verwood choir Vocalize has enjoyed a spell at number 2 in the iTunes Chart with the Christmas song, Be Here This Christmas.
The group is raising money for charity and has written, recorded and sung the original song for Shelter.
A video has also been produced to go with the song, which is about celebrating the holidays despite all that has happened.
It’s about being with others and rejoicing in the love and connection we’ve missed with our family and friends so much during lockdown, by showing how we value one another.
The group’s JustGiving page has attracted almost double its target, with around £2000 raised so far at the time of publication.
