{"id":62425,"date":"2023-01-16T07:37:57","date_gmt":"2023-01-16T07:37:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/news.bournemouthone.com\/?p=62425"},"modified":"2023-01-18T10:04:34","modified_gmt":"2023-01-18T10:04:34","slug":"part-of-matchams-lane-closed-due-to-flooding-in-christchurch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/news.bournemouthone.com\/test\/part-of-matchams-lane-closed-due-to-flooding-in-christchurch\/","title":{"rendered":"Part of Matchams Lane closed due to flooding in Christchurch"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Flooding is causing issues around the area again this morning including in Christchurch where Matchams Lane is inaccessible.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s closed near the airport end between Moors Close and the Hurn Stores. <\/p>\n<p>Dorset and Wiltshire Fire Service posted: \u201cWe currently have crews in attendance at Matchams Lane in #Christchurch where the road will be being shut due to flooding. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cPlease make sure you adjust your routes accordingly this morning so you are not delayed or caught in flood water.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The A35 is congested around the Bakers Arms roundabout at Upton due to flooding on all approaches, and Magna Road is still flooded.<\/p>\n<p>The B3072 Verwood to Three Legged Cross road is flooded at the junction with Potterne Way, with reports of a stranded vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>Flooding has been reported between Verwood and Alderholt on Batterley Drove and Cranborne Road.<\/p>\n<p>In Three Legged Cross, parts of the Woolsbridge Industrial Estate are closed with stranded vehicles stuck in the water.
