A road traffic collision in Christchurch has left a cyclist in his 60s with life-changing injuries.<\/p>\n
At 5.50pm on Thursday 7 July 2022 Dorset Police received a report of a collision at the Purewell Roundabout involving a white Vauxhall Corsa and a cyclist.<\/p>\n
Officers attended, along with the ambulance service, and the cyclist \u2013 a man aged in his 60s \u2013 was taken to Poole Hospital.<\/p>\n
Sergeant Geraint Butler, of the traffic unit, said: \u201cWe are carrying out enquiries to establish the full circumstances of this collision and I am keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident who has not already spoken to police.<\/p>\n
\u201cI would also urge anyone who was driving in the area around the time of the collision to please check any dashcam footage for anything that might assist our enquiries.\u201d<\/p>\n
