A man in his 20s has died after his car left the road on Monday morning in Wimborne.<\/p>\n
He sadly died at the scene following what Police describe as a single-vehicle collision on the B3082 Blandford Road near Queen Elizabeth’s School.<\/p>\n
Officers investigating are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.<\/p>\n
Dorset Police received a report at 7.35am on Monday 21 February 2022 of a single-vehicle collision involving a silver Subaru on the B3082 Blandford Road near to Badbury Rings. <\/p>\n
Road closures are in place to allow emergency services to carry out a thorough examination of the scene.<\/p>\n
Police Sergeant Mark Scammell, of the traffic unit, said: \u201cOur thoughts are with the family and friends of the man who sadly died in this collision.<\/p>\n
\u201cAn investigation is underway to establish the full circumstances of what happened and I would urge any witnesses to please get in touch.<\/p>\n
\u201cI would also ask motorists who were travelling along Blandford Road to please check their dashcam for any footage to assist my enquiries.<\/p>\n
