{"id":12482,"date":"2020-01-27T18:42:21","date_gmt":"2020-01-27T18:42:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/verwoodtoday.co.uk\/?p=12482"},"modified":"2020-01-27T18:42:21","modified_gmt":"2020-01-27T18:42:21","slug":"pennyfarthing-submits-next-stage-plans-for-187-homes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/news.bournemouthone.com\/test\/pennyfarthing-submits-next-stage-plans-for-187-homes\/","title":{"rendered":"Pennyfarthing submits next plans for 187 homes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pennyfarthing Homes has submitted a Reserved Matters Application for land off Edmondsham Road covering 5.23ha and 187 new homes.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>This Phase 2 application follows the granting of Outline Planning Permission already given for the site, and is in addition to the <a href=\"https:\/\/verwoodtoday.co.uk\/potters-wood-launch-event-this-weekend-new-homes-in-verwood\/\">current building work nearby on 43 new homes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The new application has further details of the layout of the scheme, building designs, construction materials and landscaping. You can see them all via the planning website <a href=\"http:\/\/eastdorsetplanning.christchurchandeastdorset.gov.uk\/plandisp.aspx?recno=115689\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a> with the reference number 3\/19\/2512\/RM.<\/p>\n<p>It says 187 new dwellings will be built, of which 65 will be &#8216;affordable&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Public open space will be retained and the small play area on the land will be improved and extended. <\/p>\n<p>Vehicular access is to be provided from Edmondsham Road.
