The new Rockwater venue at Sandbanks will open in Spring next year creating over 150 jobs.
Rockwater Sandbanks will be the brand’s largest venue yet and spread across two floors with an outdoor terrace.
It will serve as a year-round hub for dining, socialising, wellness activities, and entertainment.
Luke Davis, Founder and CEO of Rockwater, said: “We are incredibly excited to open our third Rockwater in 2025. Sandbanks will be our flagship venue that will set a new standard for luxury coastal hospitality in the UK. Rockwater is more than just a venue, it’s a lifestyle.
The new venue will offer both a “fine-dining experience” and a “high-end cocktail bar”, incorporating a retractable roof, on the top floor with sea views.
The Sandbanks site will also house a central production kitchen that supports the whole Dorset operation. The new infrastructure will produce bread, pastries, and sauces for both venues in Branksome and Sandbanks, in addition to Rockwater’s takeaway shacks.
The nearby Branksome site will also continue to trade in addition to the new venue.
