Fire crews from four stations attended an incident in Bournemouth Town Centre on Tuesday afternoon.
They were called to a fire involving a five storey building with a shop on the ground floor and domestic accommodation above around 2pm.
Springbourne, Christchurch and Redhill Park teams attended, along with the aerial ladder platform (ALP) from Westbourne.
The fire started accidentally and involved an external fascia on the building at fourth floor level, and one hose reel jet was used from the ALP to ensure that the fire was fully extinguished.
Nobody was injured but a cordon was put in place whilst emergency services dealt with the incident.
Some more pictures from the fire. A cordon was put in place. It’s believed the fire was small and nobody has been injured. @Bournemouthecho pic.twitter.com/zLRxoLx0UM
