Police are investigating reports that a teenage girl was raped at Upton Country Park in Poole.
The incident is reported to have happened at around seven o’clock on Sunday night.
Detectives are speaking with the victim to provide support and establish the full circumstances.
A cordon has been put in place and police say there will be an increased presence in the area as the investigation continues.
No arrests have been made.

The case has now been dropped by the victim. A statement from Dorset Police reads:
“Following extensive enquiries by detectives, including checking available CCTV footage in Upton Country Park and speaking to members of the public who were in the area at the relevant time, no evidence was found in relation to the report. Officers liaised with the victim to provide support and she does not wish the case to proceed at this time.
“We would like to reassure that any victims of sexual offences will be treated with respect and dignity and we will always investigate such reports thoroughly and sensitively. “
