Police inspect derelict house being used by kids to meet after school

Police officers have visited an address in Three Legged Cross in response to reports of anti-social behaviour and criminal damage.

Dorset Police says young people are using the property after school hours as a meeting place, where damage is being caused to windows, walls and numerous other items.

In a social post, officers from east Dorset said: “Concerns have been raised due to asbestos, broken glass and other dangerous items that are scattered around.

“Please call 999 should you witness any criminal damage in progress or there is a risk to life, such as scaling roofs and outbuildings.”
