Verwood residents now need to register to use Somerley tip

Residents in Verwood and surrounding towns and villages now need to register their vehicles to ensure free access to the Somerley Household Waste Recycling Centre.

Before 1st September 2021, only Hampshire residents needed to register, but the recent change means everyone visiting the site needs to fill out this form first.

This is in addition to the on-going COVID measure to pre-book a particular slot for each visit.

Anyone not pre-registering their vehicle registration when turning up to a booked slot will be charged £5 to visit.

East Dorset residents can continue to use recycling centres in Wimborne, Christchurch (Wilverley Road) and Bournemouth without registering and without booking.

Access the vehicle registration form here.
