A small amount of snow fell on Verwood during Sunday morning, enough for a light covering across the town.
Snow started around 6am and lasted for a couple of hours, but quickly turned to sleet.
Our reporter took the opportunity to capture some parts of the town under snow – the first time since 2018 – before it disappeared.
A small amount of sleet is also forecast for next Sunday, 31st January 2021.
