A31 in Ringwood is partially blocked both ways due to an incident with heavy congestion in the area.
Long delays in both directions – eastbound from Ashley Heath, westbound back to the M27.
Also affecting A338 Salisbury Road southbound and A337 towards Lyndhurst with diverted traffic. All due to a car and a tree meeting each other earlier this afternoon.
