A new proposal to build 84 apartments and two commercial units on land opposite the BIC in Bournemouth has been submitted to BCP Council.
The planning application outlines details of two ground floor units, and accommodation spread over five floors, on the former Punshon Church site.
The proposed building on Exeter Road would have five floors plus basement parking for 66 cars and a large storage area for bicycles.
The land has had approval for various residential buildings in previous years but no work has ever started on the site.
The planning application number is 7-2024-643-Z on the BCP Council planning site.
