Buggy stolen from Moors Valley found burnt out at Potterne Park

A ranger buggy has been found burnt out and abandoned near Potterne Park after being stolen from Moors Valley.

Tire tracks have caused damage across the football pitches and cricket areas at Potterne Park, thought to have been caused by the vehicle.

Goals have also been vandalised leaving the local teams to repair the damage ahead of this weekend’s games.

There have been a number of reports surrounding vandalism and anti-social behaviour in other areas of the town in recent weeks, including graffiti at St Michael’s Church.

Dorset Police says enquiries are ongoing into the matter.
