The A31 from Ferndown to St Leonard’s will be closed overnight for three months for street lighting upgrades.
The first night of closure will be Thursday 9th September and work is expected to last till Friday 17th December 2021.
Closures will be in place both eastbound and westbound from Palmersford Roundabout to Woolsbridge Roundabout.
A diversion route will be signposted locally for traffic from Ferndown to Ringwood in both directions.
There will also be lane closures in place during the day at various points during the roadworks.
