A new barber shop has opened in Verwood today occupying a unit previously used by Connells Estate Agents on Station Road.
Champion Barbers, which has premises already in Ringwood and Salisbury, welcomed its first customers on Friday morning and thanked everyone in the area who has wished them well.
Posting on social media, bosses said: “We would like to say a massive thank you to all the local people and businesses who have wished us good luck. Dan & Reece are so excited to bring to Verwood and surrounding towns and villages our passion for what we do.

Champion’s opening hours are Monday to Friday 10am till 7pm and Saturday 8am till 4pm. It will be closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Verwood is home to two other barber shops – AJ’s Barbers and Sara’s Barber Shop, both on Vicarage Road.
