The official launch party of the new Campbell and Rose Gallery is happening this weekend – and you’re invited.
Campbell and Rose are promising a relaxed and happy affair at their new showroom on Station Road in Verwood, with the Mayor of Verwood set to commence proceedings from 10am.
They have taken over the building previously used as Pippins Greengrocer and will provide drinks and nibbles, artist demonstrations and music till 5pm.
The invite says: “Find out about Verwood’s new not-for-profit endeavour and have a browse, maybe even find that perfect gift.”
Campbell and Rose sells work created by local and UK based artists as well as holding craft experiences and classes, and operated a number of ‘pop-up’ galleries in Verwood recently.
The arrival of the new art gallery comes just weeks after Renoufs opened a Cheese and Wine bar in the town centre.
So I'm very excited to announce that the Mayor has accepted our invite to come and officially open the Gallery. Come and join us at 10am for the opening, or anytime after to see some lovely art, have a chat, see artist demonstrations and enjoy some drinks and nibbles #art+craft pic.twitter.com/Ww3Xq29uB3
